Paul is one of the more well-known and well-respected
real estate professionals in Hawaii. He
has been a resident of Hawaii since 1998.
In all aspects of the real estate industry,
he has been extremely fortunate to become
a top producer in his first three years in the business. Paul has now been licensed since 2002 with hundreds of successfully closed transactions behind him.
This has enabled Paul to work with clientele at a caliber unsurpassable
to most, achieving company overall top producer and top sales with a production of $18.5 million in sales in his best year. Paul compliments his experience with

Paul Adams was born a poor boy in Poznan,
Poland, and migrated to Canada when he was
6. Soon after he learned English, he began
to grow as young entrepreneur with many
careers. From 5 paper routes to flipping
hamburgers, and from garbage disposal to lawn
maintenance, he has truly paid the price
to walk in the shoes that he does. At the
age of 12 he took on the world of tennis
and trained at the Nick Bolletieri Tennis
Academy in Bradenton Florida, home to Pete
Sampras, Andre Agassi, Monica Seles, Venus
and Serena Williams, and Anna Kournikova.
Through the hard work ethic instilled by
his parents Jan and Barbara Adams, at the
age of 19 he soon earned a full tennis scholarship
to the University of Hawaii – Hilo.
Paul earned the prestigious team Captain in his last
two years. His highest moment was playing
a doubles exhibition match against The Famous
Woodies - ( Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodford
– Ranked #1 in the World and 5 Time
Wimbledon Champions. Paul has also spent
time teaching tennis, including a position
at the Four Seasons – Hualalai, Hawaii
– Big Island (Rated the Worlds #1
Resort).
Until joining the Coldwell Banker office
in Aiea - Hawaii, Paul graduated with a
BBA in Finance at the University of Hawaii
– Big Island and began to work towards
a financial career with Bank of Montreal,
Canada and Merrill Lynch. His strong financial
background, as well as the expertise of
all the facets of real estate, his knowledge
of the community and connections with philanthropic
circles of Oahu – Hawaii and California,
have given him a definite edge in marketing
and selling the high end coastal properties.
At Coldwell Banker Paul worked on one of
the islands top producing teams with a sales
record of 113 homes, and 27 million in production
in 2004. He has since branched off to form
a team of his own and has risen to a level
of success beyond expectations. Team Adams
continues to grow while maintaining a strict
process of selection and an incredibly high
level of integrity. In 2006 Paul sold $18.5 million dollars worth of real estate putting him in the utmost elite bracket of Hawaii's agents. Today Paul is focused on setting and reaching even higher levels of achievement with his own firm Hawaii Realty International, LLC.
Paul's hobbies include Reading, Boating, Real
Estate Investing, Tennis, and Martial Arts.
Paul has also recently earned his first degree Black Belt in Taekwondo
with the CTA Black Belt Academy of Hawaii.
Paul is happily married to his longtime girlfriend, whom he met
while attending the University of Hawaii at Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii.
In May 2007, they took their vows at the Four Seasons Resort - Hualalai in Kona. They also now have a beautiful baby girl.
The two have found a high level of synergy to top it all
off. In the end, work without play would not be enough, as
travelling the world has certainly been a passion for the
newly weds. Some of the recent places of visit
include; Japan, Bermuda, Canada, Switzerland, Bora
Bora, Cayman Islands, Australia, and France.
Paul has demonstrated his continued pursuit
of bringing his clients the best by teaming
with other top agents to bring
even more resources and knowledge to the
table. Many of Paul's former clients stay
in touch with Paul for more than just real
estate needs. It is a bond and a friendship.
