Moving from Minnesota to Hawaii was going
to be a challenge, selling one house and buying
another in a state that we have only visited.
With Paul’s help, we were able to accomplish
this without much worry. Paul was instrumental
in helping us to locate a house in a good
neighborhood, with a good high school near
by and in our price range. He was able to
secure a lender and was the “go between”
them and us. All the closing was done via
mail and fax and was completed before we arrived
in Hawaii. Paul also was able to get the local
services set up for us. We were able to land
in Hawaii and have a home to go to. Without
Paul’s help, we do not believe that
the move would have gone as smooth as it did.
